I remember when I went to the museum with my amazing family on 4th of February. We went there by car.
First, we went to the dinosaur room. It was my little brothers favorite place in the museum.We took photos with my silver camera. Also we watched a short amazing video about dinosaurs in the museum.
Next, we went to eat our delicious lunch on the fresh green grass. I had a burger and some chips. I said: "delicious"!
After that we went to the scary volcano room. I was frightened! I hid behind my mum. We also went to the earthquake room. The earthquake room was even more scary than the volcano room.
Now we had to go home in our car. I want to go again.
The mysterious lighthouse
Once there was three children who lived in a small cottage.They did not have a mother or father. They loved to solve mysteries. The three children was a teenager called Stacie and 1 boy called Tim and a girl called Sarah. They lived near the seaside area where there was lots of seagulls, seashells ,crystal clear water and they also lived near a lighthouse that was abandond for 8 years.
One sunny day at sunrise they walked to the seaside, they walked along the path and went in the abandond lighthouse. The lighthouse looked like if it was haunted because there was sticky spider webs on the ceiling dead creepy crawlys and the wall was painted black.Then one alive spider was crawling on Sarah's arm "HELP!!!" screamed Sarah "Why are you screaming so loud?" said Stacie and Sarah said "Because there is a spider on my arm." "Ok!" said Stacie. So Stacie got it of Sarah's arm. "There you go Sarah" said Stacie. They tiptoed up the stairs. Finally they reached the top. They could see their tiny cottage and the whole town! Then they discovered a old man that used to care for the lighthouse. It becamed abandond when the old man died. Beside them was a dead body. They knew it was the old mans body.
Then 1 hour later they were trapped in the lighthouse because there was creepy crawlys going to crawl on them "HELP!!!" they shouted as loud as they can. The only person who heard it was a old man who was walking a dog on the beach. He raced up the lighthouse and rescued the three children by spraying insect spray on the creepy crawlys. And the old man even told them the mystery of the abondond lighthouse.
A trip to the marae
On 28th of May, we went to the marae called Te Tahawai with 5d and 5b.The bus ride was boring, bumpy and 5d and 5b students were making a lot of noise! 10 minutes later, we reached the destination.
When we reached there , Whaea did the female call. We were welcomed by 2 Maori people called Whaea Lola and Whaea Helen. They were very friendly. First, they sang their waiata. It was a nice waiata.We sang our waiata called Tehei. After that, we did the hongi and the haruru. We were not allowed to laugh as we did that. We had morning tea in the whare kai. Whaea Helen and Whaea Lola had prepared mango juice and some biscuits for us. It was so delicious. After eating, we did some activities with Whaea Lola and Whaea Helen. Whaea Helen taught us to draw different patterns on the maori carvings and Whaea Lola taught us what the koru shapes mean and we did art with pastels.
We went back to school after the activities. It was an exciting time at the marae. I really enjoyed the trip and had learned more facts about Maori culture.

My Personal PromptWALT: Write a personal prompt On Saturday I like to... go shopping at Botany because there is lots of stores to go to and it even includes my favourite store Smiggle! My mum promises me every time we go to Botany I get to have freezing cold vanilla ice-cream , hot steaming burger and delicious chips from McDonald. Unfortunately we only spend half an hour there. Sometimes we even go to Botany libraries. It's so quiet there I could have heard a bird chirp. I also studied there.
I also like to stay up late eating chips, watching TV, researching on the computer, playing outside and doing reading. My mum wants me to read at least 31 books "WOW!!!" Saturday is normally my resting day but instead I do energetic stuff. My favourite things I do on Saturday is watching TV, reading books and this is pretty strange doing HOMEWORK!!!!! But most of all I like playing with my family.
What creature would I like to be...
I would like to be a swan because their feathers are as white as snow. They are as soft as a feather and live in crystal clear ponds. Swans are as elegant as a princess and they fly like shimmering fairies. They are charming creatures. Swans make strange noises.

I can see stars that twinkle in the dark starry sky, the moon that bright the sky, a tower that looks like it's on fire, lots of houses and some mountains in the background. If I was in the picture I would hear the wind howling at me. I can smell smoke. I would feel happy because the stars look like they are shining on me.

The scientist was mad and insane. His hair was frizzy because he was making a electric potion that exploded. He wore a fancy, old-fashioned lab coat with tons of ashes from dooms day bombs he made. He stared at a green, poisonous potion that boiled on to his testing table and the table melted into green slime. His companion, a parrot named Polly, squawked and flew onto the scientists shoulder.
Magician Description
The magicians hair is black and poofy. The magicians has a fluffy rabbit called snowball. She is as white as snow and smells like strawberry. In the magicians spare time she performs magic tricks, she wears a bow tie that is orange as oranges, wears a coat as black as night, has 7 cloths that is as colourful as a rainbow. She is also very rich because her magic tricks are very famous.
